Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken – 500g, cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🍚 Basmati Rice - for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
  • 🐔 Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • 💧 Add water and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice. 🍚
