Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken – 500g, cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍚 Basmati Rice - for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates.
- 🐔 Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
- 💧 Add water and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice. 🍚
