Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough bread 🍞
- 200g Halloumi cheese 🧀
- 2 Eggs 🥚
- 1 Avocado 🥑
- 1 Lemon 🍋
- 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi cheese into 1cm thick pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides. ✨
- While halloumi is cooking, poach the eggs. 🍳
- Toast the sourdough bread. 🔥
- Mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 🥑🍋🧂
- Spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
- Top with fried halloumi and poached eggs. Place eggs carefully! 👍
- Season with extra salt and pepper. Enjoy! 🎉
