Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough bread 🍞
  • 200g Halloumi cheese 🧀
  • 2 Eggs 🥚
  • 1 Avocado 🥑
  • 1 Lemon 🍋
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions

  • Slice the halloumi cheese into 1cm thick pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides. ✨
  • While halloumi is cooking, poach the eggs. 🍳
  • Toast the sourdough bread. 🔥
  • Mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 🥑🍋🧂
  • Spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
  • Top with fried halloumi and poached eggs. Place eggs carefully! 👍
  • Season with extra salt and pepper. Enjoy! 🎉
