Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
  • 🌱 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🥔 Stir in potatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
  • 💧 Add water, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. ✨
