Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Curry leaves – a few
- 🌱 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pot, add curry leaves and green chilies.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🥔 Stir in potatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
- 💧 Add water, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. ✨
