Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 1 lb, cut into pieces
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – 4-5, slit
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices – Chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala
Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice for 30 mins.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and green chillies, sauté for a minute.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🥘 Add marinated chicken and cook until it's browned and cooked through.
- ✨ Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
