Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the potato filling by mixing mashed potatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, and spices.
- 🥣 Divide the filling into equal portions and shape into patties.
- 🔥 Heat a pan or griddle with butter.
- 🍞 Place the kulcha on the hot pan, top with a patty, and cover with another kulcha.
