Ingredients

  • 🌿 Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – 500g
  • 🌶️ Green Chillies – 2-3, chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch, grated
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌱 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🟡 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💧 Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Chop or grate the Amla.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  • 🥘 Add chopped amla, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • 💧 Cover and cook on medium heat until amla softens.
  • ✨ Serve as a side dish with rice or roti.
