Ingredients
- 🌿 Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – 500g
- 🌶️ Green Chillies – 2-3, chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch, grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌱 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- 🟡 Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Chop or grate the Amla.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- 🥘 Add chopped amla, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 💧 Cover and cook on medium heat until amla softens.
- ✨ Serve as a side dish with rice or roti.
