Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🫙 Spices – as per taste (cumin, coriander, chili powder)
- 🫓 Chickpea flour (besan) – for binding
- 🥄 Yogurt – for topping
- 🌱 Mint chutney – for topping
- Tamarind chutney – for topping
- Sev – for topping
Instructions
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with onions, chilies, coriander, spices, and chickpea flour.
- 🟢 Form the mixture into small patties (tikkis).
- ♨️ Shallow fry or pan-fry the tikkis until golden brown and crispy.
- 🥣 Arrange tikkis on a plate and top with yogurt, mint chutney, and tamarind chutney.
- ✨ Garnish with sev and serve immediately.
