Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for dough
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🥄 Spices (cumin, coriander, chili powder)
- 🧈 Ghee or butter – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the filling by mixing mashed potatoes, onions, chilies, coriander, and spices.
- 🌾 Make a soft dough with wheat flour and water.
- 🥣 Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out.
- 🥄 Stuff the potato filling into the rolled dough.
