Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
  • 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥄 Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
  • 🥔🥦 Add potatoes and cauliflower, mix well with the spices. Add salt to taste.
  • 🥘 Cook covered on low heat until vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
