Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – cubed
- 🥦 Cauliflower – cut into florets
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- 🥄 Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
- 🥔🥦 Add potatoes and cauliflower, mix well with the spices. Add salt to taste.
- 🥘 Cook covered on low heat until vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
