Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🌾 Atta (Whole Wheat Flour) – for dough
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped (optional)

- 💧 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥔 Prepare the potato filling by mixing mashed potatoes with spices, onions, and chilies.
- 🌾 Make a dough with atta, water, and a pinch of salt.
- 🥟 Stuff the potato filling into small dough balls and flatten them into kachoris.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
- ♨️ Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
