Ingredients
- 🌾 Mixed grains (quinoa, barley, etc.) – 1 cup
- 🌰 Almonds – ½ cup, slivered
- 🧅 Onion – ½ cup, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – ½ cup, diced
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander) – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro) – for garnish
Instructions
- 🌾 Cook grains according to package instructions.
- 🌰 Toast almonds in a dry pan until lightly golden.
- 🔥 Sauté onions and carrots in a pan until softened.
- 🥦 Add broccoli and spices; cook for a few minutes.
- 🥘 Combine cooked grains, vegetables, and almonds. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
