Ingredients

  • 🌰 Almonds – ½ cup, slivered
  • 🧅 Onion – ½ cup, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – ½ cup, diced
  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander) – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro) – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🌾 Cook grains according to package instructions.
  • 🌰 Toast almonds in a dry pan until lightly golden.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions and carrots in a pan until softened.
  • 🥦 Add broccoli and spices; cook for a few minutes.
  • 🥘 Combine cooked grains, vegetables, and almonds. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
