Ingredients
- 🥐 Croissant – pre-made
- 🍫 Chocolate – dark or milk
- 🌰 Almonds – slivered
- 🧈 Butter – softened
- 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
- 🥄 Sugar – granulated
Instructions
- 🔪 Slice the croissant in half horizontally. Spread softened butter and chocolate evenly on both halves.
- 🌰 Sprinkle slivered almonds on top of the chocolate filling.
- 🥚 Brush the top of the croissant with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar.
- 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
