Ingredients
- 🍚 Flour – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1.5 cups
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🧈 Melted Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Baking Powder – 2 tsp
- ✨ Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 🥛 In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- 🥞 Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
