Ingredients
- 🥩 Black Pork – 1 kg, cut into cubes
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Paprika – 1 tbsp
- 🍷 Red Wine – 1 cup
- 🌿 Bay Leaf – 2
- 🐖 Lard or Olive Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Salt and Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat lard or olive oil in a large pot or skillet.
- 🥩 Sear the black pork cubes until browned on all sides.
- 🧅 Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant.
- 🍷 Pour in red wine, add paprika and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
- 🥘 Cover and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the pork is tender. Serve hot.
