Air-fryer Salmon Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets 🐟
- 8 oz Spaghetti 🍝
- 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced 🧄
- 1/4 cup White wine 🍷 (optional)
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream 🥛
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
- Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 💧
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 🔥
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 🧂
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. ⏲️
- While salmon is cooking, heat remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. ♨️
- If using, add white wine and let it reduce slightly. 🍷
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. 🍅
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 🥛
- Flake cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. 🐟
- Add spaghetti and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss to coat. 🍝
- Stir in parsley and serve immediately. 🌿
