Air-fryer Salmon Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets 🐟
  • 8 oz Spaghetti 🍝
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 🫒
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1/4 cup White wine 🍷 (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream 🥛
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 💧
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 🔥
  • Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 🧂
  • Place salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. ⏲️
  • While salmon is cooking, heat remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. ♨️
  • If using, add white wine and let it reduce slightly. 🍷
  • Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. 🍅
  • Add heavy cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes. 🥛
  • Flake cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. 🐟
  • Add spaghetti and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss to coat. 🍝
  • Stir in parsley and serve immediately. 🌿
