Aglio olio spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • 🧄 While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Cook until golden.
  • 🌶️ Stir in red pepper flakes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  • 🍝 Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic oil. Toss well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
