Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken pieces – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌾 Gram flour (besan) – 1/2 cup
  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Rest for 30 mins.
  • 🍚 Mix gram flour and rice flour. Coat the marinated chicken pieces evenly.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • 🍗 Gently add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
