Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Coriander) – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter or Ghee – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter/ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, spices, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- 🐔 Add chicken/paneer and cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
