Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Spices (Turmeric, Chili, Coriander) – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – for garnish
  • 🧈 Butter or Ghee – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter/ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, spices, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🐔 Add chicken/paneer and cook until done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
