Ingredients
- 🥭 Mango Pulp – 1 cup fresh and smooth
- 🍰 All-purpose Flour – 1.5 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – 3/4 cup powdered
- 🧈 Melted Butter or Oil – 1/2 cup
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup at room temperature
- ✨ Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- 🥭 Fresh Mango Cubes – for topping
Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk the mango pulp with sugar and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 🌾 Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently into the wet ingredients.
- 🥛 Add milk gradually to the mixture to achieve a smooth, pourable batter consistency.
- 🥧 Pour into a greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until golden.
- ✨ Let the cake cool completely before garnishing with fresh mango cubes and serving.
