Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup at room temperature

  • 🥭 Fresh Mango Cubes – for topping

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk the mango pulp with sugar and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • 🌾 Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently into the wet ingredients.
  • 🥛 Add milk gradually to the mixture to achieve a smooth, pourable batter consistency.
  • 🥧 Pour into a greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until golden.
  • ✨ Let the cake cool completely before garnishing with fresh mango cubes and serving.
