Ingredients

  • 🥭 Raw Mangoes – 2 medium
  • 💧 Water – 2 cups
  • 🍬 Sugar – to taste
  • 🌿 Mint Leaves – a few
  • 🖤 Black Salt – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥭 Boil or roast raw mangoes until soft.
  • 🥄 Scoop out the pulp and blend with water, sugar, mint, black salt, and cumin.
  • 🧊 Strain the mixture and add more water to adjust consistency.
  • ❄️ Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
  • 🍹 Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves.
