Ingredients
- 🥭 Raw Mangoes – 2 medium
- 💧 Water – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🌿 Mint Leaves – a few
- 🖤 Black Salt – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥭 Boil or roast raw mangoes until soft.
- 🥄 Scoop out the pulp and blend with water, sugar, mint, black salt, and cumin.
- 🧊 Strain the mixture and add more water to adjust consistency.
- ❄️ Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- 🍹 Serve cold, garnished with mint leaves.
