Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups, day-old is best
- 🥩 A5 Wagyu – 4oz, thinly sliced
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 cup, peeled and deveined
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/4 cup, diced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, diced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🌿 Scallions – 2, chopped
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in a wok or large pan, then set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in the same wok, add shrimp and cook until pink. Set aside.
- 🥩 Sear wagyu quickly, remove and set aside. Retain rendered fat.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic in wagyu fat until fragrant. Add carrots and rice.
- 🧂 Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Add eggs, shrimp, and wagyu. Toss until heated through. Garnish with scallions and serve. ✨
