Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – 2 packs (instant or fresh)
  • 🥕 Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (carrots, peas, beans)
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 medium, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil noodles according to package directions.
  • 🛢️ Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • 🍜 Add boiled noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot! ✨
